Templates and Author Guidelines

1. Registration

Registration is mandatory and must be completed exclusively through the official conference website:

2. Paper Preparation

Manuscripts must be prepared strictly according to the Springer template, available at the following link:

The manuscript must not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references, in accordance with Springer publisher requirements.

3. Paper Submission

Paper submission must be carried out through the official conference platform:

In case of technical difficulties, authors may exceptionally submit their manuscript by email at:

4. Final Paper Requirements

The final version of the paper must strictly comply with the Springer template, available at the link below:

5. Paper Evaluation

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a similarity check using iThenticate, with a maximum allowed similarity rate of 15%.

Each paper will be reviewed by two independent reviewers. A final decision (acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection) will then be communicated to the authors.
